Trash must be out by 4am on your pickup day to ensure you do not miss us. A fee of $15 will be charged if you want to be rescheduled. No tires, paint, earth, rocks, oil, fuel, electronics, appliances, chemicals, coals/ashes/embers, heavy metal, furniture, brush, or any hazardous materials may be dumped during the weekly route. Non household trash is subject to a separate charge on a case by case basis. Our drivers reserve the right to refuse pickup of any material(s) that is too heavy, bulky, or otherwise determined to be unsafe by our drivers. Cat litter will only be accepted if it is securely bagged and tied and not in excessive quantities. If you are consistently exceeding your weekly volume that is allowed on your plan we may notify you to upgrade plans. Please keep your pets restrained, collection will not be completed if there are aggressive animals at the stop.
There is a setup fee of $75 to begin a basic subscription service with us and a $150 setup fee to start deluxe service. This setup fee covers the cost to onboard you onto our systems, the cost to manufacture and deliver your trash can(s), maintain the can(s), as well as recover potential losses in the event that your account becomes delinquent and/or we are unable to retrieve our cans after our business relationships ends. We will not service cans with the name and/or logo of another waste provider on them.
This service is prepaid, to avoid service disruption please make sure you keep your account current. We reserve the right to suspend services at any time for an account that has an outstanding balance. By subscribing to our weekly trash collection service and providing us your credit card you authorize C & C GARBAGE to initiate a charge to your credit card equal to the full balance due on your account on your billing date. In the event that a charge to your card is declined, you agree to give C & C GARBAGE permission to reattempt the charge to the card(s) on file every 24 hours until the balance has been paid or we place your account into suspension. If your account goes into suspension service will be paused until the balance is resolved. There may be a $15 fee required to resume services for accounts that repeatedly become suspended. This fee is discretionary.
These terms supersede any and all conflicting verbal communication if any misunderstanding may arise between you and any members of our team. Please be familiar with these terms, especially the hazardous materials rules as they are absolutely non negotiable. If in doubt, the best thing to do would be to contact us and ask before you place something questionable into trash. This will ensure your trash is collected reliably as expected and that we can safely provide the service to you in accordance with state laws.
