Be aware that any carts issued with your chosen plan are on loan and you are borrowing them to use for the time of your service with us. I got service for our new home and shortly enough I switched our other homes trash pick up from tiger trash to C & C garbage. I love the texting head up we get and how fast my questions are answered. C&C are the best trash company we have had! They responded quickly when we needed to get them set up when we moved out here, and respond quickly when we have questions. The updates on the time when they are picking up our trash has been helpful on more than one occasion that we forgot to put it out, and they let you know when it’s picked up as well, so you can bring your trash can in. I have nothing bad to say about your service. In this day and age where customer service from a lot of businesses is mediocre at best the service C&C. Provides goes above and beyond. What sets them apart from the rest is the notifications sent the day before about what time we can expect trash pickup the next day. Most impressive is the notice sent on trash day the truck will be arriving in 15 minutes and another notification that our trash was collected just now.. In my opinion that is what great service is and all other businesses should strive to do likewise...love doing business with you guys...
